All eyes on first auction-site sale of NZUs

The first auction of NZUs on internet auction site Trade Me closes on Thursday, with bids currently sitting around $21 per tonne – well below the current price of secondary CERs of approximately $28 per tonne.
Trade Me’s general counsel Christine Lanham told Carbon News that she is aware of other holders of NZUs who are watching the auction with interest.
