Minister delays release of ETS risk report

A new report into the economic risks of the emissions trading scheme has not yet been made public amid concerns that it does not adequately cover the potential benefits.
Climate Change Minister Nick Smith was to present the report, by economists NZIER and Infometrics, to the ETS review select committee on April 15.
