Clear Air .. 99.9% car exhaust emission reduction?

Swiss company Clear Air says it has a solution available now to cut carbon dioxide emissions produced from the combusting fossil fuels. .

It says its CO2 Emission Reduction Technology, called Clear Air, can be quickly implemented in the different fields of application including smoke stacks, and land-sea-air transport. CO2 emission reduction is done in-situ with an optimal reduction of 99.9%.
