The prospect of cross-party support for an emissions trading scheme is being welcomed by energy infrastructure company Vector.
“What industry wants is climate change to be treated the same as monetary policy, free trade agreements and GST – it’s not going to change from election to election,” Vector climate change manager Peter Wilson told Carbon News.
