No suspension of ETS - what the PM said

On Wednesday, Prime Minister John Key told Parliament that the Government would not now suspend the emissions trading scheme.
He was responding to questions from Opposition MPs on just when the ETS suspension legislation would be introduced, as outlined in the confidence and supply agreement with the Act Party.
