Two young Māori climate change activists are raising money to attend COP27 in Egypt, which starts this week.
The pair say they will be the only Indigenous youth representatives of Aotearoa New Zealand at this year’s United Nation’s Conference of the Parties (COP), despite the country’s official delegation maintaining that youth and the role of the Treaty of Waitangi are among its focuses.
