Energy minister Megan Woods says a new regulatory framework for the development of offshore wind should be in place by 2024 and a discussion document was being put together on strengthening national direction for renewable electricity generation and transmission.
In notes for a recent speech to the Wind Energy Conference, Wood said she was a “long, ardent enthusiast of the wind energy sector.”
