Govt mum on position for Poznan

Government ministers and officials are tight-lipped on the position New Zealand will take at next week’s Poznan talks preparing for next year’s Copenhagen conference on the second commitment period of the Kyoto Protocol.
Neither of the new government’s climate change ministers – Nick Smith and Tim Groser – have not responded to Carbon News’ questions on what they hope to come out of the talks, and Foreign Affairs officials say that all comment will have to come from the Government.
