Green Building Council slams insulation delay

THE Green Building Council has slammed government plans to delay improving new home insulation, just days after the measures were unveiled in the emissions reduction plan last week.
The emissions reduction plan included a move to improve insulation standards so new buildings will be warmer and drier, while requiring 40% less energy to heat.
