NZ emissions trading regulations - what's in store

Officials are working on a range of regulations to implement New Zealand's emissions trading system.
The work programme is set out in the Emissions Bulletin number one. The implementation programme includes developing methods and rules for measuring emissions, and the data ETS participants will be required to collect and keep.
