Carbon bounces back

Carbon bounced overnight after six straight days of decline and amidst record volumes, OMFinancial reports. Prices rallied on average about 25 cents per tonne.
The European Climate Exchange (ECX), the most active carbon futures market, transacted over seven million tonnes onscreen and cleared an amazing 28 million tonnes - a sign of the times as traders look to remove credit risk by having futures exchanges clear and guarantee contracts.
