Govt reverses decision on technical reserve

THE FIRST Government auction of carbon credits, scheduled for March 17, will take place with a technical reserve price in place after all.
In October it was revealed the Government would go ahead with auctioning without a technical reserve because the methodology to do it wasn’t in place, and because it would require a law change.
