Business makes bid for $7.23 billion

Businesses want the new Government to back $7.23 billion worth of projects they say will cut the country’s greenhouse gas emissions by 5.5 per cent over the next decade.


“These are the low-hanging fruit that we implore the Government take seriously for investment,” 150 business leaders say in a briefing released yesterday.
