Displaced islanders again appeal to NZ for help

New Zealand is again being asked to help the people losing their home from rising sea-levels in the wake of the failure of money from Papua New Guinea to materialise.
Cartaret Islander Ursula Rakova is appealing to New Zealanders to help to fund the first stage of relocation to nearby Bougainville, saying that this country has a moral obligation as one of the largest emitters of greenhouse gases in the Pacific region.
