THE ACTIONS governments take now to stimulate their economies in the wake of the covid-19 pandemic will either slow or exacerbate climate change, international experts say.
The warning comes as Cabinet ministers in New Zealand consider what infrastructure projects to pour money into and the Green Party calls for a $1 billion “nature-based” package to create jobs.
