THE GOVERNMENT'S environmental agenda is threatening the country’s mining industry and an orderly transition to a low-carbon economy, Bathurst Resources says.
A comprehensive overhaul of the Crown Minerals Act was announced yesterday, following on from last year’s ban on new permits for offshore oil and gas exploration.
