THE USE OF FORESTRY carbon credits to offset agricultural emissions remains unclear as law changes go before Parliament.
The zero-carbon bill is expected to pass its second and third readings in the week starting November 4, and a bill amending the Emissions Trading Scheme will have its first reading.
