NEW ZEALAND FIRST is talking “sustainable transition” for the agricultural sector as the country waits for the zero-carbon bill to come back into Parliament.
The bill includes a target of cutting methane emissions from livestock and waste by up to 47 per cent by 2050, a provision that has been vehemently opposed by the National Party.
