NEW ZEALAND is not joining other Pacific countries in criticising Australia’s plans to use Kyoto credits to meet its Paris Agreement target.
The Nadi Bay Declaration, signed by Pacific nations this week, calls on developed countries to refrain from using carryover credits to meet their 2030 emissions reduction target.
