REFUSING TO USE Kyoto units to meet New Zealand’s Paris climate promise could cost taxpayers half a billion dollars.
New Zealand has told the world that when the Paris regime kicks in in 2021, it will not use any carbon credits it might have left over from the days of the Kyoto Protocol to foot the carbon bill.
