LABOUR COULD find solutions in its own files to the problem of putting a price on greenhouse gas emissions from agriculture.
The Interim Climate Change Committee is expected to report to the Government this month on whether greenhouse gas emissions from agriculture – exempt from liability under the Emissions Trading Scheme – should be brought into the scheme.
