Don't rush free-credits' demise, warn exporters

TRADE-EXPOSED heavy emitters should keep getting free carbon credits until 70 per cent of their international competitors face a carbon price, says Export New Zealand.
Phasing out the free credits is one of the moves outlined in a Government discussion document on proposed changes to the Emissions Trading Scheme.
