NEW central bank head Adrian Orr is warning of financial crisis and mass social unrest if the world doesn’t urgently address climate change.
Using language reminiscent of that of Bank of England chief Mark Carney, Orr has told the heads of some of New Zealand’s largest companies that they need to act now to minimise risk.
