Key report dangerously misleading, say Wise men

A document likely to underpin the Government’s plans to decarbonise the economy is being called dangerously misleading.
The Productivity Commission’s draft report says that without technological breakthroughs, New Zealand will need carbon prices of $50 a tonne by 2025 and $250 a tonne by 2050 if the country is to be carbon-neutral by mid-century as the Government plans.
