NEW ZEALAND'S tougher stand on climate change is already paying dividends, earning the country support for a free-trade agreement with Europe, says climate minister James Shaw.
“We know that our leadership on climate change is now one of the things that other countries are now looking to us for,” he said at yesterday’s launch of the Zero Carbon Bill consultation.
