THE ZERO CARBON BILL gives the certainty that has been lacking to tackle one of the biggest problems facing business, says Z Energy chief executive Mike Bennetts.
Bennetts, who admits that as a fossil-fuel retailer his company is responsible for 9 per cent of New Zealand’s greenhouse gas emissions, spoke at yesterday’s launch of the Zero Carbon Bill public consultation.
