Business wants New Zealand to go nuclear on emission credits

Businesses being required to enter New Zealand’s emissions trading scheme want to be able to trade nuclear-sourced emissions credits.
The Climate Change Response Act 2002 (CCRA) now limits buying emission credits issued as a result of overseas energy producers switching from high-emission coal to nil emission nuclear generation.
