The Government’s overhaul of the climate-damaging dairy industry is under way.
Agriculture minister Damien O’Connor today released the terms of reference for a review of the Dairy Industry Restructuring Act, and says the requirement for Fonterra to pick up milk from all suppliers is one of the issues on the table.
