Debate about whether New Zealand can decarbonise without going bankrupt should now be over.
The Productivity Commission – an economically dry organisation established as part of an agreement in 2008 for the Act Party to support the National Party in government – has this morning released a draft report which says the country can be carbon-neutral by 2050.
