THE NEW government wants more electric vehicles on the road – but it’s not yet saying how many.
The previous government’s target of 64,000 electric vehicles by 2021 was criticised as being little more than business as usual, and nowhere near enough to make a serious dent in the country’s ballooning transport emissions.
