WHEN BRITISH economist Kate Raworth wanted to show where she saw economics going, she picked up a pencil and drew two circles, one inside the other.
And so was born Doughnut Economics, a concept held up as the future of New Zealand by our minister of climate change and statistics, and associate minister of finance, James Shaw.
