New Zealand has just committed itself on the world stage to being carbon-neutral by 2050 and being a Pacific leader on climate change.
Climate minister James Shaw, who has held the portfolio for less than a month, has delivered New Zealand’s National Statement to the COP23 international climate negotiations in Bonn.
