Australia’s emissions trading scheme is about to be unveiled.
The Australian Government’s climate change advisor, Ross Garnaut, will present his proposals for an ETS later this week, and expectations are that it will be a broad cap-and-trade scheme covering all sectors of the economy, with phased entry for various sectors.
