The emissions trading bill is top of the agenda for most minor political party caucus meetings today as pressure builds to get the scheme passed before the election.
As Climate Change Minister David Parker remains tight-lipped about the progress of talks with the Greens, New Zealand First and the Maori Party for support for the bill, the parties themselves are under increasing pressure to make a decision on their positions.
