NEW ZEALAND needs a strong market in environmental offsets, says Gareth Morgan’s The Opportunities Party.
The newly established political party has a strong polluter-pays policy, and says that much of it could be done through a market trading environmental “goods” such as the protection and regeneration of native forests.
