New Zealand's heavy emitters, waiting to see how the rest of the world approaches emissions trading, will not like the plan of likely US Democratpresidential candidate Barrack Obama.
He plans to acution 100 percent of polltion credits - "to ensure all polluters pay for every ton of emissions they release, rather than giving these emission rights away to coal and oil companies.".
