Eels worth the effort, says environment watchdog

New Zealand needs to put more effort into protecting long-fin eels, says the Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment.
Dr Jan Wright released an update last week on her report, On a pathway to extinction? An investigation into the status and management of the long-fin eel.
