Central bank turns eye to carbon in investments

THE RESERVE Bank is reviewing the carbon footprint of its sovereign investments.

There are calls in Europe and the United States for so-called Green Quantitative Easing, where central banks commit to purchasing green bonds as part of their QE programmes.
