Carbon-positive Otago plan before council

Carbon-positive Otago?

THE OTAGO Regional Council is considering joining a Carbon Zero Alliance proposed by the Dunedin City Council late last year.

The alliance aims to see Dunedin city reach net-zero carbon emissions (excluding biogenic methane) by 2030 - significantly more ambitious than the 2050 target set by the Government.
