Plant peas, Rabobank tells farmers

NEW ZEALAND farmers wanting to take advantage of the growing demand for plant protein should be thinking peas.

Analysis by Rabobank says growing global demand for meat-substitutes is attracting investment, and producers need to think about what they are going to grow as more people move away from eating meat.
