A company that valued the global carbon market at more than a trillion US dollars has leapt into the business of attracting capital flow to ventures mitigating greenhouse gases (GHG) around the world.
London-based Climate Capital Network (CCN), which is managed by climate change and finance industry entrepreneurs Michael Mathres and Alan Ocana, will connect investors with individuals and companies tackling climate change in such ways as renewable energy, clean technology, energy efficiency, recycling, clean development mechanisms (CDMs), Joint Implementations (JIs), geo-engineering and forestry.
