Coal companies want carbon price slashed

GOVERNMENT decisions that have pushed carbon prices up 28 per cent in eight days of trading must be reversed, says the minerals industry.

Spot NZUs traded at $32 on CommTrade and Carbon Match yesterday – a gain of $7 since Tuesday of last week.
