Shaw sings songs of praise for trading scheme

CLIMATE MINISTER James Shaw – who three years ago was calling for the Emissions Trading Scheme to be scrapped – was singing its praises in Parliament yesterday.

The Climate Change Response (Emissions Trading Reform) Amendment Bill, passed its second reading yesterday by 63 votes to 57.
