Climate change ... the cogs are starting to turn

Depending on your viewpoint, the world moved closer to – or further away from – climate destruction this week.

As expected, the International Panel on Climate Change’s 1.5deg special report released on Monday was sobering reading; allowing warming to get to more than 1.5deg above pre-Industrial levels will be bad. Very bad.
