NZUs close to 12 million mark

Nearly 12 million NZUs have been allocated so far to forest owners for carbon stored in their trees last year.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry says that it has received 1470 emissions returns for post-1989 forests, up 48 per cent on last year.
