Price fall stops - for now

The international price for carbon is consolidating at current levels after suffering a sharp sell-off through March on the back of oversupply, disagreement about how to deal with it and a greater-than-expected fall in 2011 emissions.
CERs were around €5.15 at the end of February, and fell to a low of €3.26 in early April.
