Carbon hits new low, but expect a fightback

Carbon prices are expected to rally today after hitting an all-time low yesterday, trading at less than half their value of just seven months ago.
CERs closed at $NZ9.15 overnight, up from $8.50 yesterday on the back of the European announcement that it was cutting interest rates by 25 basis points.
