Row as Parker demands House sees ETS report

There was heated debate at Parliament yesterday over claims the ETS review select committee’s report should have been immediately presented to the House under standing orders.
Labour MP David Parker sought a ruling from the Speaker to require the immediate tabling of the report, amid speculation it had been withheld after a member of the committee sought to change a minority report.
