THE RATE that the Pacific Ocean takes up human-caused emissions of carbon has increased between 1991 and 2017, a new study finds.
Using observations from the Global Ocean Ship]based Hydrographic Investigations Programme (GO-Ship), researchers estimated the accumulation of anthropogenic carbon in the top 1500 metres of the Pacific.
