Why National should lead on climate commission

THE NATIONAL PARTY should support a climate commission, says a former Conservative British Cabinet minister.

“I want everyone to remind the National Party that in the UK it has been the right-of-centre party that has pushed this agenda all the way,” Lord Deben, John Gummer, said in a video link to the Climate Change and Business Conference in Auckland this morning.
